Day in the Life The Paid Social Associate Director demonstrates exceptional management skills and a strong leadership presence, overseeing a team of 4+ direct reports. They coach the team, handle complex client accounts, and position themselves as an industry leader by driving client growth and innovating channel strategies. Key Responsibilities Manage a pod of 4+ team members, effectively balancing bandwidth, sentiment, and utilization. Develop team members’ skills, coach for progression, and foster a positive team culture. Deliver top-tier products for clients in the pod and proactively craft solutions to enhance pod dynamics. Manage your book of business, monitor account performance, sentiment, and retention, while employing AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem. Serve as a key leader on designated accounts, acting as escalation point for strategy and performance, and provide strategic leadership for marquee accounts. Demonstrate top-tier performance marketing and business acumen. Role Requirements Legally able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. 3+ years of experience in performance media buying, ideally in a digital or media agency; 1.5+ years on Meta platforms. 2+ years of e‑commerce experience. Strong Excel and data analysis skills. Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, and other technical platforms. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and ability to ask clarifying questions. Strong enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to paid social and client work. Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for knowledge and personal growth. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance and retention of clients in pod. Unforecasted churn under 10% of managed revenue annually for pod. 100% Net Revenue Retention. Team member bandwidth, sentiment & performance. 95% team retention rate and positive sentiment in 15Five (4+). Active team collaboration with department and company initiatives. Team hitting or surpassing client performance goals on 100% of designated accounts or planned strategy and established goals on 100% of managed clients. Most Important Things (MITs) Management of pod (3+ team members). Ensure delivery of a great product to clients. Key leader on designated accounts.
