Associate Director Of Paid Social Power Digital Marketing is a tech-enabled growth firm at the intersection of marketing, consulting, and data intelligence. We help brands drive revenue growth and brand recognition worldwide. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage a pod of 4+ direct reports, ensuring effective bandwidth usage and a positive team culture. - Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build skills, address weaknesses, and progress in their careers. - Oversee high‑quality execution on complex client accounts, providing strategic thinking and timely communication. - Drive client growth through innovative paid‑social channel strategies and continuous improvement of team performance. - Manage and monitor your book of business, tracking account performance, sentiment, and status to retain and grow clients. - Utilize AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to enhance and optimize business processes. - Serve as a key strategic leader on marquee accounts, acting as the primary escalation point for strategy and performance. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Performance and retention of clients in pod. - Unforecasted churn - 100% Net Revenue Retention. - 95% team retention rate and positive sentiment in 15Five. - All client accounts meet or exceed performance goals. Qualifications - Legally able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. - 3+ years of experience in performance media buying, 1.5+ years on Meta. - 2+ years of e‑commerce experience. - Strong Excel and data analysis skills, experience with Google Analytics and Shopify. - Excellent written and spoken English at an advanced level. - Strong communication, coaching, and strategic thinking abilities. - Entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to paid‑social and client work. Most Important Things (MITs) - Management of pod (3+ team members) and delivery of great client products. - Leadership on designated accounts. - Champion of team culture and performance.
