Active Search: Team Lead – C++ Developer (Gaming Industry) Mendoza, Argentina (mandatory) Mode: 100% remote from LATAM ️ Advanced English (mandatory) We are looking for a Team Lead – C++ Developer to join a team working on challenging projects alongside well-known companies in the gaming industry. The ideal candidate combines strong C++ technical expertise, leadership skills, product vision, and a solid commitment to quality. Responsibilities Lead a team of C++ developers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and feedback. Develop features and fix bugs using C++ and Blueprints. Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards. Collaborate with tech leads, designers, and QA to ensure high-quality deliveries. Incorporate feedback from engineers and stakeholders. Stay aligned with engine architecture and project conventions. Estimate timelines and ensure objectives are met. Mandatory Requirements Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams. Excellent written and spoken English. Professional experience programming in C++. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide others. Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset. Residency in Mendoza. Nice to Have Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Knowledge of OOP and Back-End development principles. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control tools (Perforce, Git). Experience with JIRA or other trackers. Experience with game engines: Unreal, Unity, or Godot (not required but highly valued). Responsabilidades Liderar un equipo de desarrolladores C++, brindando guía técnica, mentoría y feedback. Programar features y resolver bugs utilizando C++ y Blueprints. Crear y mantener documentación técnica y estándares de desarrollo. Colaborar con líderes técnicos, diseñadores y QA para asegurar entregas de alta calidad. Incorporar feedback de ingenieros y stakeholders. Mantenerse alineado con la organización del engine y las convenciones del proyecto. Estimar tiempos y asegurar cumplimiento de los objetivos asignados. Requisitos Excluyentes Experiencia comprobable liderando o mentoreando equipos de desarrollo. Excelente comunicación escrita y oral en inglés. Experiencia profesional programando en C++. Habilidades sólidas de resolución de problemas y capacidad para guiar a otros. Enfoque proactivo, colaborativo y orientado a resultados. Residencia en Mendoza. Plus / Deseables Título universitario en Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines. Conocimiento de OOP y principios de desarrollo Back-End. Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles y herramientas de control de versiones (Perforce, Git). Manejo de JIRA u otros trackers.
