Team Leaders play the lead in this journey, using their project management and soft skills (and above all, their enthusiasm) to tackle the complex day‑to‑day problems and drive forward the growth of the team. Responsibilities Manage multiple tasks and resources with different needs simultaneously and properly prioritize them. Gain thorough knowledge of our product and organization to pursue alignment and added value. Deliver complex projects in a timely manner and covering the proper scope. Continuously evolve on project management capabilities, increasing the complexity of projects undertaken. Develop relationships with key stakeholders both within the company and with our customers. Nurture Avaturian well‑being and growth by motivating and guiding, setting clear expectations, promoting bonding, teamwork, and a healthy work environment. Collaborate with senior management and your team to define and carry out improvements to both the Avature team and product. Maintain effective information flow within the team and with others, ensuring everyone has access to relevant information. Day‑to‑day Activities Identify, communicate and mitigate potential risks and delays. Continuously verify that the project is within scope. Coordinate tasks and manage internal resources. Coach team members on some aspects of their activities. Build alignment between team members and other teams. Support and develop team members by providing feedback, mentoring, coaching. Be involved in recruiting, helping the Talent Acquisition team find new Avaturians. Maintain an open dialogue with your team, encouraging them to share ideas, questions, and concerns. Be profoundly involved in new members’ onboarding process. Assess performance. Organize and coordinate day‑to‑day work in a clear manner to maximize efficiency. About You Advanced in English. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Experienced in project management in a software development environment, including waterfall and agile methodologies. Mentoring and leadership experience / Experience managing teams. Analytical/troubleshooting skills / Frustration tolerance and empathy. Attentive, ready to solve unexpected issues, ability to prioritize. Project management certifications are a plus.
