We’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager who will enable SMBs and professional businesses in the region to pay and get paid globally with Payoneer’s fast, flexible, secure and low‑cost solutions. Your responsibilities will include co‑building growth strategies with larger customers, increasing market penetration, adapting Payoneer’s product and services portfolio, implementing innovative initiatives for long‑tail growth within leading online verticals, and working closely with Product, Marketing and Operations teams in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment to build and implement the region’s growth strategy. What you’ll do Play an active role in building long‑term relationships with Payoneer Partners in the LATAM Region and manage a portfolio of 10–30 accounts. Engage in onboarding, retention and cross‑selling to increase the pay‑ee population of partners under your portfolio. Build a growth plan in sync with other Customer Success Managers from Global Partners with local presence in LATAM to improve Payoneer brand awareness and increase our share of pocket in the region. Identify business opportunities, build go‑to‑market plans, develop solutions that match customers’ needs and successfully implement the roadmap. Be proactive in enhancing the product portfolio for the region by working closely with Product and Marketing teams. Be analytical to better understand business performance and uncover “diamonds.” Understand the big picture, key drivers and their interrelationships to drive profitable growth. Be entrepreneurial to develop what is needed to bring opportunities onboard. Build business success stories and case studies. Drive events and below‑the‑line activities, and represent Payoneer in industry forums to increase awareness. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or industrial engineering. Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages such as Portuguese considered an advantage. 5+ years of account management, business development or other relevant experience. Expertise in developing business cases, financial analyses, and modeling, as well as analyzing and forecasting economic and financial impacts. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present a business case to key stakeholders. Data‑oriented with a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical and business reasoning skills. Record of achievement in meeting and exceeding business targets. Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
