This is a remote position. Are you a natural communicator with a passion for helping others? We’re looking for a bilingual professional with strong sales and customer service skills to guide prospective patients through their first contact with our services. Responsibilities Handle up to 25 US and Canada‑based patient inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat. Promote our services and explain pricing and insurance options. Address objections with empathy and persuasive communication. Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments. Collaborate with a remote‑first team across time zones. Be the first in line and take calls from potential patients and sign them up for our services, finding the right fit for them. Requirements 5 years in customer service and sales in healthcare. Fluent in English (written and oral) at least C1 level. Strong emotional intelligence and active listening. Comfortable working independently and hitting conversion goals. Psychology, psychiatry, nurse, or medical background preferred. Experience working with US patients/customers is desirable. Required Skills: 5 years in customer service and sales in healthcare.
