The Restaurants team is searching for a Product and Strategy Manager to be the leader of initiatives that are shaping the experience of our users and partner restaurants across Latam. As a member of the Financial Happiness team, you will build top‑notch financial tools and solutions that will enable hundreds of thousands of restaurants across Latam to have a seamless experience controlling and improving their cash, and to have the best insights and solutions to grow their businesses. Responsabilidades Lead the definition and the execution of the quarterly product strategy, including cross‑functional stakeholder alignment with internal teams (ops, commercial, marketing, sales, product, tech), with Senior level leadership, and with external partners. Drive high‑impact projects and initiatives from start to completion with autonomy and independency, holding weekly business reviews with C‑level leadership to present on their progress and results. Follow a proper product discovery process, deeply understanding the customer's pains and needs via industry benchmarking, qualitative and quantitative user research, and other face‑to‑face opportunities with customers. Own the execution of the product roadmap with your engineering, design and product teammates. Define and implement the measurement frameworks (e.g., A/B testing, product analytics, etc.) and OKRs that will determine the success of your work. Develop and execute strong “go‑to‑market” strategies with marketing and operations teams to ensure our product has the maximum impact in the real world. Requisitos Clave +5 años de Product, Strategy, Business o Project Management experience, con un mínimo de 2 años en roles relacionados con producto. Grado universitario en Business, Engineering o campo relacionado. Fluent in English (required) y Spanish (required). Portuguese es una ventaja. Capaz de articular claramente los trade‑offs entre tareas e iniciativas, y priorizar las que añadan más valor al equipo, a la empresa y a nuestros usuarios. Experiencia analizando, interpretando y usando datos para impulsar discusiones con pares, tomar decisiones, obtener insights e influir en otros. Demostrar propiedad y responsabilidad, y estar dispuesto a “girar las mangas” para lograr resultados. Fuertes habilidades de gestión de stakeholder y comunicación, siendo capaz de construir relaciones de confianza con líderes y stakeholders a lo largo de la organización (interacciones a nivel Director y C‑level).
