Responsibilities Put forward the catering service by creating a personalized relation to the clients (quality of the welcome and the service in the restaurant). Organise and coordinate your team members by setting seasonal goals and supervising their attitude and working behaviour based on Club Med standards. Participate in optimising your service budgets by handling expenses and improving profitability so your service will be able to become a profit source. Make the restaurant warm and friendly, decorate the restaurant according to evening themes. Ensure the development of your team members.
