The global operations team is looking for highly motivated professionals from top tier universities, who want to experience working in a fast-paced startup. - Strategic mindset with excellent analytical skills
- Excellent judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills; can balance attention to detail with swift execution
- Excellent at organizational and project management skills, and have a natural ability to break big tasks into smaller sub-tasks that can be monitored and tracked
- High-energy and execution-driven mindset
- Ability to manage and communicate with various stakeholders within and out of the company

What you will do
- You will be the owner of the operation of restaurants in Argentina with vast autonomy, responsibility, and impact
- You will lead a team of analysts and interns, implementing new ideas and processes to improve merchants operations and user experience
- You will learn the true meaning of digital and technology, working hands-on with the product team and developers to create new features across Rappi’s apps and operations

Desired - Bonus points
- Experience 2+ years in a top tier consulting firm
- Nice-to-have experience in SQL
