Job Overview We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team. The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze and resolve customer issues. Responsibilities Assist clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any outstanding issues Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex customer issues Stay up-to-date on product knowledge in order to effectively assist customers Skills Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services Experience in outbound calling is preferred Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations Multilingual abilities are a bonus Salary From $600.00 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
