Client Support Specialist Location: Remote (EST) Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM EST About Us: Join our team as a Client Support Specialist, where your dedication to exceptional service and technical expertise will contribute to our mission of providing outstanding support to our clients. Our Company is a dynamic organization committed to driving success in the SaaS industry through education and support. Key Responsibilities Client Support Excellence: Provide top‑notch client support, ensuring a positive experience and swift resolution of queries or issues. Software Proficiency: Navigate and utilize advanced software tools, including HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace, Asana, Searcie.io, Slack, and Zoom. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation related to client interactions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs and preferences. Collaborative Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, sharing client insights and feedback to contribute to ongoing improvements. Technical Troubleshooting: Assist clients in technical troubleshooting, working closely with our technical teams when necessary. Requirements Medium to high‑level spoken English proficiency for internal company conversations. Previous experience in client support, with a focus on SaaS or related industries. Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms is a major bonus. Tech‑savviness. SaaS, startup, or tech experience is a bonus. Must know how to use HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace, Asana, Searcie.io, Slack, Zoom. Preferred Skills Proven ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining high performance. High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Intellectual Quotient (IQ). Candid communication style, open to giving and receiving feedback. #J-18808-Ljbffr
