We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Product Owner with Basic understanding of software development process, to support our Senior Product Manager in delivering features for our Client Support team as part of a broader product vision and roadmap. This role is a critical bridge between the Client Support Operations team and our Client Experience tech org, ensuring that our internal tooling can support our rapidly evolving client experience. As a Junior Product Owner, you will play a hands‑on role in writing detailed requirements, managing cross‑functional collaboration, conducting thorough quality assurance, and ensuring projects stay on track. This is a contract role ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering user‑centered product features. Experience supporting internal platform building and development for client‑facing support groups is a plus. Key Responsibilities Domain Knowledge Customer relationship management (CRM) platforms Customer service and payments technology Requirements Gathering and Documentation Write clear, detailed product requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specs, etc.) to define and communicate the scope of product features. Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to refine and finalize requirements. Ensure requirements align with the product vision and address user and business needs. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with engineering, design, and analytics teams to bring product features to life. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve any ambiguities. Facilitate feedback loops to ensure alignment across teams. Quality Assurance Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) testing on new product features to ensure they meet user experience, functionality, and data requirements. Identify and document bugs or discrepancies and collaborate with engineering to resolve them. Maintain high standards for feature delivery by ensuring fit to requirements before deployment. Project Management Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Track and manage project tasks, timelines, and dependencies to keep initiatives on schedule. Proactively communicate risks, blockers, and status updates to the Senior Product Manager and relevant stakeholders. Data and Insights Help define metrics and experimentation criteria for features. Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure data requirements are integrated into product features. Validate that features collect the necessary data for tracking performance and user behavior. Experience 3-5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a related role. Experience developing a 6 month roadmap with Customer Support business partners, and engineering partners. Experience delivering features with cross‑functional teams, in both technical and operations orgs (customer service, payments engineering, design, etc.). Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Asana. Skills Strong ability to write clear, actionable product requirements. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic understanding of software development processes. Proficiency in conducting quality assurance (QA) and documenting test results. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk or other customer support platforms Experience with payments and fulfillment product domains Background in customer service or order fulfillment Familiarity with data‑driven decision‑making and analytics tools (e.g., Google Looker, Tableau, Amplitude) #J-18808-Ljbffr
