Overview Department: Aquiva Labs Employment Type: Full Time Location: Latin America Description Location: Argentina or Uruguay Employment Type: Full-Time, B2B Contract Aquiva Labs, a leading Salesforce PDO and consulting partner, is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Product Owner . This role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for client-facing projects, aligning client objectives with development teams and bridging communication between technical and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, roadmap, and backlog in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Champion customer needs and translate them into product features. Define product vision and roadmap based on measurable business value. Prioritize user stories and manage product backlog in Agile environment. Innovate for ROI using data and user insights. Collaborate with development and QA teams to define acceptance criteria. Conduct acceptance testing and product demos. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams. Maintain focus, prevent scope creep, and drive progress with data-driven metrics. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise Required: 3+ years of Product Owner experience (preferably all within SF ecosystem) Strong English communication skills Agile methodology experience Technical aptitude Customer-focused mindset Creative problem solving & strategic thinking Analytical & business acumen Salesforce Core Experience Nice to have: Product Experience within the Loyalty space (any industry) Marketing Product Experience Salesforce Loyalty Management experience Product Management experience QA Knowledge or Developer Experience Marketing Insights Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or related field Benefits Salesforce certification program with bonus opportunity Co-working spaces and offices for collaboration Team activities Flexible PTO policy Healthcare Paid sick leaves, parental leaves, and volunteer days #J-18808-Ljbffr
