Job Description About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to support our Senior Product Manager in delivering features as part of a broader product vision and roadmap. This role is a critical bridge between the business, engineering, design, data science, and analytics teams, ensuring that product features are executed seamlessly and meet high-quality standards. As a Junior Product Owner, you will play a hands‑on role in writing detailed requirements, managing cross‑functional collaboration, conducting quality assurance, and ensuring projects stay on track. The ideal candidate is someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering user‑centered product features. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering and Documentation Write clear, detailed product requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specs, etc.) to define and communicate the scope of product features. Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to refine and finalize requirements. Ensure requirements align with the product vision and address user and business needs. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with engineering, design, and analytics teams to bring product features to life. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve any ambiguities. Facilitate feedback loops to ensure alignment across teams. Quality Assurance Conduct thorough QA testing on new product features to ensure they meet user experience, functionality, and data requirements. Identify and document bugs or discrepancies and collaborate with engineering to resolve them. Maintain high standards for feature delivery by ensuring fit to requirements before deployment. Project Management Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Track and manage project tasks, timelines, and dependencies to keep initiatives on schedule. Proactively communicate risks, blockers, and status updates to the Senior Product Manager and relevant stakeholders. Data and Insights Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure data requirements are integrated into product features. Validate that features collect the necessary data for tracking performance and user behavior. Qualifications Experience 1–3 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a related role. Experience working with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, data science, etc.). Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Asana. Skills Strong ability to write clear, actionable product requirements. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic understanding of software development processes. Proficiency in conducting QA and documenting test results. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Familiarity with data‑driven decision‑making and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Amplitude). Experience working with wireframing tools or participating in design reviews. #J-18808-Ljbffr
