User Experience Designer

Remote – U.S., Central or South America – Full-Time LeadSnap is looking for a full-time UX/UI Designer to plan, design, and optimize user experiences across our fast-growing SaaS platform. This is a strategic, deeply collaborative role. You’ll work directly with product leadership, engineering, and customer success to turn raw feature ideas into intuitive workflows, clean interfaces, and polished user journeys that make the platform easier, clearer, and more powerful for agencies and local business owners. What You’ll Do Own UX research, planning, and wireframing for new and existing features Create clean, intuitive UI designs, components, and user flows in Figma Translate product requirements into clear feature flows, logic diagrams, and clickable prototypes Collaborate directly with developers to ensure accurate implementation Audit the existing platform and propose UX improvements and simplifications Work with Customer Success to understand user pain points and improve usability Maintain a consistent design language, style guide, and component library Produce documentation: feature briefs, interaction specs, visual guidelines Participate in user testing, feedback gathering, and iteration cycles Make LeadSnap easier to use, easier to understand, and more delightful at every touchpoint What You Must Bring 3+ years experience as a UX/UI Designer for a SaaS or tech product Expert-level proficiency with Figma (components, prototyping, auto layout, libraries, etc.) Strong understanding of user flows, information architecture, and interaction design Ability to take vague ideas and turn them into complete feature plans, UX diagrams, and prototypes Comfortable collaborating directly with developers, product managers, and stakeholders Experience with design systems, layout grids, and reusable components Strong communication skills—able to explain why your design decisions matter Fluent, professional English (spoken + written) Experience creating explanatory Looms, documentation, and specs for dev handoff Bonus: Experience in local SEO, CRMs, dashboards, or analytics tools (not required but huge plus) Traits We’re Looking For Extreme Ownership – Own your features from idea → final implementation Bold Imperfect Action – Move fast, iterate, don’t wait for perfection Growth Mindset – Always improving your craft Proactive Leadership – Speak up, propose better systems Innovate & Disrupt – Challenge outdated patterns Relentless Pursuit of Excellence – High standards, clean work Bring the Energy – Collaborative, positive, solutions-oriented Details Position: Full-Time Location: Remote — U.S., Central, or South America Hours: ~40/week, with reasonable overlap for team collaboration Compensation: You’ll declare your expected salary in the application Incentives: Opportunities for raises and performance-based bonuses Language Requirement: Must speak and write fluent, professional English Benefits: No traditional benefits package, but huge opportunities for growth, autonomy, and impact How to Apply We don’t need a corporate resume—we need proof you can design, think, and communicate clearly.
