Experience working on B2B, B2B2C, and D2C platforms for the web, enterprise applications, software that leverage emergent technologies, consumer appliances, and mobile devices Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills is a must as the role requires active collaboration with product owners, UX peers, developers, business stakeholders, and corporate brand marketing Facilitate design thinking workshops as needed to support the overall product UX roadmap and vision Leverages metrics, qualitative, and quantitative research to validate design decisions and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders and clients Participate in or lead client progress meetings by reporting results, making recommendations, and assisting clients in understanding strategies developed that aid in strategic decisions You're a great storyteller - verbally, visually, in writing, and behaviorally. Demonstrable expertise in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe CS/CC, or Axure Experience designing responsive user experiences accessible on any device (e.g., desktop computers, tablets, mobile phones, etc.) Working knowledge ADA accessibility standards Experience in executing moderated and unmoderated user testing phases to encourage a data-driven design approach. Familiarity with Attention to detail and passion for best-in-class visual designs A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience creating great user-centered design solutions that have moved the needle commercially or in terms of customer satisfaction. Basic knowledge of essential front-end technologies - HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like bootstrap and Google Material Design is a plus.
