Senior Designer (Temporary Contractor) Evergreen Join to apply for the Senior Designer (Temporary Contractor) Evergreen role at dentsu The purpose of this role is to be interested in the full spectrum of design with a growing knowledge of where aesthetic look-and-feel overlaps with behavioural user experience. They are a key member of the creative department to realise the creative output and creative product. Role Overview Seeking a senior designer with a visionary, creative mind to support banners, landing pages, and animation-related tasks. The position is temporary, with an open start date and potential for extension based on performance. Key Responsibilities Develop new visual concepts and creative ideas for campaigns, not just reproduce agency-provided visuals. Contribute to both static and animated user experiences, ensuring sharp UI and engaging animations. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Support campaign brainstorming and creation of key visuals, working closely with leadership and agencies. Share portfolio and complete a practical task (e.g., banner and landing page design) as part of the interview process. Requirements Senior‑level design experience, ideally with art direction capabilities. Expertise in Figma (including prototyping) and Adobe Suite. Animation skills are highly desirable but not mandatory. Strong English communication skills and experience in multicultural environments. Ability to work independently, propose multiple creative concepts, and handle feedback. Good stakeholder communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in fast‑paced, campaign‑driven teams. Understanding basic development principles to facilitate collaboration with developers. 5+ years of experience. Contract Terms Initial contract for 3–4 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and team needs. Interview in English required; portfolio review and practical design task included in selection process. Posición full‑time con jornada hibrida, dos días de oficina fijos por semana.
