Responsibilities The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for processing all verified forms in an accurate and timely fashion. The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for following guidelines for accurately processing forms within the appropriate service level and must meet daily goals for processing forms. The Data Entry Specialist must be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented while also maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following Transfer data from verified forms accurately and on time Establish entry-priority based on deadlines and SLAs Maintain Excel spreadsheets by entering new and updated member information Maintain Data Entry requirements by following current process and procedures that have been put in place to successfully process PCP Forms Verify member data by reviewing and/or correcting data Maintain HIPAA‑compliance ensuring customer confidentiality Meet daily processing goals of 125+ forms Complete weekly file drops and fix all errors to ensure members are rewarded appropriately You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Qualifications What you bring to the Virgin Pulse team.
