Job Overview
We are looking for an Analytics Data Entry Specialist to support the Analytics and Reporting Department team in gathering and compiling data from various sources. The primary role of this position is to update Fountain Forward’s internal dashboards for both internal and external reporting needs. The Analytics Data Entry Specialist will assist with various levels of Analytics and Reporting Department responsibilities including building reports, doing research, and data entry.

Main Responsibilities
The main duties of an Analytics Data Entry Specialist include:
Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
Resolves discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
Monitor daily performance metrics to understand client performance
Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Combines data from various systems when account information is incomplete.
Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
Assisting and testing with new reporting and data entry systems

**Required Skills**:
The main skills that an Analytics Data Entry Specialist should possess include:
Advanced Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
High proficiency G-Suite, especially using Google Sheets
Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
Computer proficiency
Ability to work to time constraints

Preferred Experience Skills
Preferred skills that an Analytics Data Entry Specialist include:
Previous experience using CRM softwares
Previous experience using Google Tag Manager
High Proficiency using excel or google sheet formulas
Ability to create and edit charts in google sheets

Salary Range: $700 - $1000 (Depending on experience.)

Must be proficient in English.
