**Who are you?**
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for processing all verified forms in an accurate and timely fashion. The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for following guidelines for accurately processing forms within the appropriate service level and must meet daily goals for processing forms. The Data Entry Specialist must be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented while also maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
**In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following**:
- Transfer data from verified forms accurately and on time- Establish entry-priority based on deadlines and SLAs- Maintain Excel spreadsheets by entering new and updated member information- Maintain Data Entry requirements by following current process and procedures that have been put in place to successfully process PCP Forms- Verify member data by reviewing and/or correcting data- Maintain HIPAA-compliance ensuring customer confidentiality- Meet daily processing goals of 125+ forms- Complete weekly file drops and fix all errors to ensure members are rewarded appropriately

- 0-2 years’ experience understanding forms processing- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Capacity to get things done quickly with a strong sense of urgency- Can remain calm and able to think when working under pressure- Must have a can-do attitude- Able to work independently and process forms with minimum errors- Confidence to interact in a meaningful way across teammates and colleagues- Ability to adapt quickly in a high-growth business environment- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively with multiple priorities- A high level of professionalism and positive work behavior
