Key Responsibilities Develop and implement brand strategies in partnership with leadership, using sound analytics and insights. Manage all business financials, including brand P&L budgeting and tracking. Understand, analyze and leverage company, channel, category, consumer and shopper data effectively. Lead innovation & renovation projects with cross‑functional teams. Handle and support the full APM of the brand/product line, including customer/trade data collection. Lead commercialization and build business plans for new product opportunities in collaboration with Retail Marketing & Customer Development, Finance and CS&L teams. Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related fields; preferably in Economics or Management. 3 years experience in Marketing/Trade. Advanced English Level. Nielsen program knowledge. Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (e.g., Sheets, Slides, Docs). Project management experience and e.
