General summary of the position: Develop and market the designated in-line products to achieve targets of sales, profit and quality image. Successfully execute the marketing plan. Be the prime source of information related to the product and market. Run critical processor related to business planning, marketing plans, portfolio management and development, market research, new product launches and business performance tracking. Duties And Responsibilities Accountable for delivering the specific business objectives for Oncology Therapeutic Area in the southern cluster of Latin-America (LAS) as set out in the Business Plan and CVT. Excellence as the external face for marketing and brand communication to local customers and stakeholders. Lead the Business Planning process in Oncology, with relevant insights from market, priority brands, with deep understanding of socio-economic and political factors that could influence the local markets. Gather the required market insights and information to contribute to the forecasting exercise for the Oncology in LAS. Oversee the development and execution of the tactical plan in collaboration with the local Brand Teams. Responsible for monitoring and controlling the brand and marketing performance by tracking critical metrics. Ensure launch readiness for new products in LAS. Train the sales force on the use of marketing materials and the commercial approach (key messages, segmentation, etc.). Accountable for the delivery of customer-facing marketing materials produced from COE, adapting, and tailoring them based on specific market conditions. Gather customer data in collaboration with sales teams and deploy assertive segmentation models. In-field time (+20%) to gather insights in the implementation of the commercial interaction of the sales team (e.g. decision makers, KOLs, Centers of Excellence, competence) to support the brand positioning and ensure the commercial tactics convey the desired message effectively. Ensure tracking of brand and marketing performance in LAS. Gather the required information using the appropriate tracking tools (e.g. iConnect). Routinely report progress against selected critical metrics to BUMs, Brand Teams and TAL (both quantitative metrics like market share and NPS as qualitative metrics). Participate in LATAM Product Manager network where applicable. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree is required. MBA or Postgraduate degree in business, marketing or life sciences preferred. 2-3 years of experience in sales or/and marketing. Experience in specialty products is preferred (Oncology experience). Strength in driving tactical execution of commercial strategies. Experience in ensuring launch readiness. Financial forecasting based on market access information. Experience in building business plans. Ability to work within highly matrixed environments and cross-functional and multicultural teams. Confident coaching skills to train local sales force teams on the commercial messaging approach. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive attitude.
