Relationship Lead Latam South Recruiting for a Relationship Lead Latam South, located in Santiago, Chile or Buenos Aires, Argentina. This position will act as the Consumer Care and CRM disciplines focal point at local level to guarantee a superior experience for consumers and HCPs. This position will work in close collaboration with regional CCC/CRM teams to guarantee strategy alignment, capabilities optimization and execution to boost Latam South brand strategies and leverage quick wins. What Will You Do Delivers CRM/CCC local strategy and execution for consumers and HCPs based on regional strategy/capabilities optimization to address local business priorities. Delivers B2B/BTC local strategy and execution. Builds close connection with main stakeholders through rituals on squads or multifunctional teams. Ensures insights and VoC go to brands/squads to retro feed strategies. Ensures calendar of organic content and strategy/consumer engagement KPI in place. Qualifications BA/BS required; MA/MBA preferred. +3 years progressive experience in CPG CRM program or Digital Channels Management. Experience in CRM strategy and implementation, consumer journey planning, development of strategies for data acquisition and activation. English needed for communication. Understanding of social media and digital environment. Passionate for serving consumers and HCPs / Consumer Centricity mindset. Proficient in marketing technology (campaigns management, data management platforms). Superior communication skills and ability to advocate as SME for Consumer Care and CRM. Ability to shape and secure stakeholder decisions required to achieve business objectives. Results‑oriented with willingness to take on responsibility and act with initiative. High degree of personal ownership and accountability. Project management skills an asset. Ability to create an environment that fosters learning, growth, risk‑taking, and innovation.
