Aper is a cloud commerce platform for the Banks of the future. We partner with banks and challengers to create fast, fair, and flexible marketplaces that customers love. By operating trusted marketplaces that offer customers a better way to buy, our partners can both deepen their relationship with customers and endear themselves to merchants.

Based in Buenos Aires, the Regional Marketplace Leader will be accountable for the performance of Aper's marketplaces in Southern Latin America, working with leading financial institutions in Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and beyond. You will manage a team of Marketplace Leads in the region and report directly to the VP of Global Customer Success and Professional Services.

The two primary objectives of this role are firstly to develop and execute strategies that result in us exceeding our ambitious revenue targets for each marketplace, working in tandem with both the financial institutions, and the Regional General Manager. Equally important is the second objective - to nurture and grow a high performing, motivated team that works consistently across the region to surpass targets.

**Key tasks**:

- Direct line management of our LATAM South team of Marketplace Leads and Analysts
- Setting team and individual OKRs that align the team's success with that of the company. Managing the team to these OKRs effectively
- Supporting the VP of Customer Success in defining and evolving a structure and CS model that facilitates scalability and high performance
- Leading the strategic planning process for each bank, in tandem with the regional GM and relevant Marketplace Lead
- Acting as a Senior stakeholder in Aper's relationship with our key Partners in the LATAM South region

**Skills and Attributes**
- 2 years of direct line management experience
- Experience leading commercial, technology projects in a customer-facing or consultancy role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Conceptual technological knowledge.
- Fluent Spanish and English
