Electronics Assembler – Lincoln, ARPenmac is now hiring Electronics Assemblers for a manufacturing company in Lincoln, Arkansas. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering steady hours and great benefits through Penmac. Starting Pay: $12.00/hr and up, depending on previous work experience. Previous soldering experience is a plus Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., 40 hours per week.Responsibilities for the Electronics Assembler: Perform thru-hole assembly and prepare printed circuit boards (PCBs) for wave soldering Build products according to detailed work instructions Verify kits as they arrive on the production floor Operate component preparation equipment Set up the slide line by job specifications Operate hand soldering equipment for component installation Follow IPC-610 quality requirements Complete parts requisitions accurately Perform other duties as assigned Requirements for the Electronics Assembler: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Familiarity with IPC-610 standards preferred Previous soldering experience is a plus Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen Pay and Benefits:Starting pay is $12.00/hr or more based on experience.
