SMT Electrical Assembly Inspector

SMT Inspector – Lincoln, ARPenmac is now hiring SMT Inspectors for a manufacturing company in Lincoln, Arkansas. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering steady hours and excellent pay for experienced candidates.Starting Pay: $15.00/hr and up, based on experience. Rate can be increased for the right person with the right qualifications. Must have previous electronics manufacturing experience and PCB quality inspection experience to be considered. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., 40 hours per week.Responsibilities for the SMT Inspector:Review customer documentation and verify products meet customer requirementsInspect surface mount PCBs for quality complianceOperate X-ray machine and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) equipmentInspect assemblies to IPC-610 standardsBe familiar with IPC 7711/7721 requirementsComplete parts requisitions accuratelyPerform soldering and desoldering for repair and rework as neededDocument inspection findings in the Quality DatabasePerform other duties as assignedRequirements for the SMT Inspector:Previous experience in electronics manufacturing and PCB quality inspection requiredStrong knowledge of IPC-610 and IPC 7711/7721 standardsAbility to operate inspection equipment (X-ray, AOI)Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructionsMust be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screenPay and Benefits:Starting pay is $15.00/hr or more based on experience.
