Electronics Assembler – Lincoln, ARPenmac is now hiring Electronics Assemblers for a manufacturing company in Lincoln, Arkansas. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering steady hours and great benefits through Penmac. Starting Pay: $12.00/hr and up, depending on previous work experience. Previous soldering experience is a plus Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., 40 hours per week.Responsibilities for the Electronics Assembler:Perform thru-hole assembly and prepare printed circuit boards (PCBs) for wave solderingBuild products according to detailed work instructionsVerify kits as they arrive on the production floorOperate component preparation equipmentSet up the slide line by job specificationsOperate hand soldering equipment for component installationFollow IPC-610 quality requirementsComplete parts requisitions accuratelyPerform other duties as assignedRequirements for the Electronics Assembler:Ability to follow written and verbal instructionsBasic mechanical aptitude and attention to detailFamiliarity with IPC-610 standards preferredPrevious soldering experience is a plusMust be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screenPay and Benefits:Starting pay is $12.00/hr or more based on experience.
