Position Overview We are seeking an HTML Developer with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) template set up and cloud pages to develop high-performing, responsive, and dynamic email templates and landing pages. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our global email framework—ensuring scalability, reusability, and brand consistency across campaigns. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, creative problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail. You will collaborate closely with marketers, designers, data specialists, and campaign managers to deliver impactful digital experiences that engage millions of customers. Key Responsibilities Coding, and optimization of modular, reusable, and responsive email templates within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Develop and implement personalized and dynamic content using AMPscript and data extensions. Partner with marketing teams to translate business requirements and creative designs into efficient, scalable email solutions. Establish and maintain email coding standards, ensuring cross-client compatibility, accessibility, and brand consistency. Oversee QA and rendering tests across multiple devices and email clients using tools like Litmus. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to rendering, tracking, and deliverability. Review code, and share best practices for performance and maintainability. Stay current with industry trends, SFMC feature updates, and best practices in email development and deliverability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Overall IT experience with 3 years of hands‑on experience in email template development, with at least 2 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Expert-level knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design specific to email clients. Advanced proficiency in AMPscript, dynamic content, and data‑driven personalization. Proven experience in QA testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing for different clients and devices. Understanding of email deliverability, accessibility, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
