We provide flexible outsourcing models, including hourly outsourcing starting at 10 hours per month and full‑time or part‑time outsourcing beginning at $500 per month. Job Title Middle WordPress Developer Job Type Full‑time, remote, LATAM Role Description One of our clients is looking for a highly skilled Middle Developer with deep expertise in WordPress and WooCommerce, alongside solid experience with Shopify customizations. You will play a key role in building, customizing, and maintaining high‑performance websites and e‑commerce solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate is confident in leading projects or contributing as a high‑level developer on complex builds. Core Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress‑based sites (custom themes, plugins, performance improvements). Build and enhance Shopify storefronts, templates, and functionality. Implement and troubleshoot integrations using APIs and JSON. Provide ongoing web support, including updates, maintenance, fixes, and optimizations. Collaborate with clients or internal Points of Contact through email when clarifications or updates are needed. Ensure clean, maintainable, well‑documented code across all deliverables. Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows, technical processes, and best practices. Required Experience & Skills 3–5+ years of hands‑on coding experience in frontend development. Strong proficiency in WordPress (custom development—not just admin work). Experience coding on Shopify (Liquid templates, custom components, UI adjustments). Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and basic integration patterns. Experience providing web support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates. Strong written and spoken American English (client communication via email may be required). Nice to Have Webflow (building, customizing, or supporting sites). Basic understanding or interest in server management, hosting environments, Docker, etc. Interest in AI, data, and process optimization. Curiosity about CI/CD, SecOps, or DevOps methodologies. A solution‑driven mindset — able to challenge ideas respectfully and propose better technical options. Additional Notes This Role does not involve content creation. Some client‑facing email communication may be required over time.
