Responsibilities The Product Coordinator is a strong collaborator and facilitator that supports the Chief Product Officer and, as necessary, the Product Leadership Team with administrative tasks, manages team projects, and coordinates general product management activities across the team. This role enables the product team operations to run at optimal performance and enables collaboration across product line leaders. Assisting with the preparation of presentations and materials for internal and external meetings, specifically at the executive level. Preparing and proof‑reading Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, meeting minutes, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives of the Product department. Planning and coordinating department meetings and events. Coordinating internal and external meetings. Responsible for managing schedules, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls; including coordinating the planning of meetings and gatherings to include room preparation and catering. Managing project plans for various team initiatives. Maintain strict confidentiality through all interactions, and with all materials, and exercise discretion at all times. Other duties as assigned to facilitate the product management team and our operations. Qualifications In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including: Associate degree required and bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or combined experience/education as a substitute for the minimum education requirement. 3+ years of experience in executive assistant or similar roles. You also take pride in offering the following core skills, competencies, and characteristics: Strong English written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive working style. Strong scheduling / coordination skills and comfort with last‑minute changes. Exceptional level of professional integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion of highly sensitive information. Excellent interpersonal, issue resolution, and executive communication skills. Collaborative, accountable, and takes initiative / ownership of projects and outcomes naturally. Experience within a technology or SaaS company environment is a plus.
