We welcome **passionate** warriors and are currently looking for a **Casino Product Coordinator.**This role will** ensure that the Casino site is updated and maintained, making sure it is always locally relevant and working as expected.**

**What you will do**:

- You will work closely with CRM, Operations teams and other departments to provide the best service and offers to our customers from the Casino product point of view.
- You will work closely with the different teams to ensure that the site experience and customer journeys are consistent, maximising usability and accessibility across all devices.
- You will assist with day-to-day tasks, competitor reviews and ad-hoc priorities.
- Make sure the front end is up to date and be locally relevant
- Maintenance of the game release and roadmap
- Update the front end according to the current promotions
- Maintain good working relationships with the entire organization and external suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of BW Casino product.
- You will be a champion of the customer and be passionate about continuously improving the BetWarrior experience.
- A passion for Casino games including both slots and live dealer; and driven to deliver the best gaming experience in the market.
- Experience in maintaining effective business relationships in an online environment is an advantage.
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
- You possess good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of and experience in the online gaming market, products and customers.
- Highly motivated with good organisational skills and the ability to consistently meet challenging targets within a fast-moving industry and a dynamic organization
- Understanding agile software development is a plus..
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. And/or Portuguese a plus.
