Marketing Manager strategizes and implements marketing & communications programs for Lulo Libros for its educational resources and services, building brand awareness, supporting business objectives, fostering customer retention, and driving sales. What you'll be doing Create quarterly marketing goals aligned with sales activities, events, conferences, campaigns, print, online, video and social media. Plan and develop monthly social media strategy. Work with Sales Manager to maintain conference and event schedule. Lead weekly marketing meetings and attend monthly marketing sales meetings to provide updated communication, marketing, and website traffic data. Use Microsoft Dynamics Marketing to create and deliver company-wide marketing plans efficiently, plan and set up event registration. Design marketing materials in line with the plan, including business cards, nametags, print and digital flyers, pre‑lead & survey forms, signage, advertisements, event registration pages (in Microsoft Dynamics and company Wix website), social media posts, pitch decks, PowerPoint presentations, and in‑house company documents such as handbooks, phone directories and accountability charts. Manage printers and promotional vendors. Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity. Reinforce corporate brand through consistent imagery, colors, fonts, apparel and written communications. Perform various PR duties including preparing press releases and seeking advertising opportunities. Manage website content to ensure it is current, dynamic, and relevant. Curate social media strategy on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. Review and report on web analytics (SEM) quarterly. Requirements Minimum 3-5 years digital marketing experience with US-based businesses. Experience with at least one of the following digital advertising platforms: Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok. Knowledge of setting up, managing and optimizing PPC campaigns. Experience with cloud-based phone softwares such as OpenPhone and Dialpad. Experience with CRM software, Microsoft and Google Suite. Reliable internet/WiFi, excellent audio quality with minimal background noise. Strong communication skills, especially when requirements are vague; ability to ask clarifying questions. Strong work ethic and track record delivering results. Payment & Schedule Monthly salary of $1500 USD. Payments processed via Wise or similar platform twice a month.
