Salary $2500 - $4,000 month + bonuses. Full-time and part-time positions available. Overview Hello, Account Managers My name is Abby and I am the Operations Manager at ResultStory. We produce authentic, credible social proofs and testimonials from real customer experiences, with no actors or scripts. We are hiring a motivated Account Manager to own the relationship with our accounts and shape their content strategy. The role ensures our clients can publish consistent video content on social media quickly, achieving real engagement and ROI. Success is measured primarily by long‑term retention of accounts. Responsibilities Own the onboarding process for new accounts: sending onboarding forms, scheduling interview dates, holding account kickoff calls. Interview accounts monthly to produce video content. Deliver monthly question sets and run monthly interviews. Oversee production and publishing of high‑quality social media video content. Delegate tasks to editors, copywriters, and publishers; act as a second set of eyes to ensure assets are error‑free. Send checked assets for approval and coordinate edits with account contacts. Publish assets on accounts’ socials via Social Pilot and ensure timely delivery. Review performance metrics and report findings to accounts; amend content/social strategy to optimize results. Serve as main point of contact, keeping accounts informed of status, relaying wins, and preventing issues through proactive identification. Resolve account issues and concerns, balancing commercial impact with empathy. Conduct regular calls, upsell additional services, and retain accounts that cancel inquiries. Qualifications Native or highly advanced English (written & spoken). 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. 3+ years of experience in relationship management. 3+ years of experience in project management. Ideally 2+ years as an Account Manager in a marketing agency. Ideally 2+ years with in‑depth social media management. Strong knowledge of social media and content marketing. Excellent relationship management and people skills. Ability to resolve complex client queries and retain/upsell accounts. Project delegation and tracking ability; manage deliverable creation. Comfortable conducting video calls. 10 Mbps upload & download speed with consistent internet and power. Webcam and quiet dedicated workspace. Independent and team collaborator; consistently available during agreed hours. Organized, dependable, strong work ethic. Critical‑thinking problem‑solving ownership.
