Con 18 tiendas y los e-commerce de ambos países, somos representantes de la marca deportiva más valiosa del mundo. Buscamos un Project Manager SAP para unirse a nuestro equipo de Tecnología en Southbay. Este rol será el nexo estratégico entre Operaciones, IT, operadores logísticos y partners SAP, gestionando el ciclo completo de proyectos de integración SAP. El foco inicial estará en el levantamiento y documentación de integraciones existentes , así como en la planificación y ejecución de nuevas integraciones escalables y alineadas a la estrategia del grupo. Remoto: Trabajo híbrido en Olivos, Buenos Aires Responsabilidades Actuar como interlocutor principal entre Operaciones, IT, operadores logísticos y partners SAP, asegurando una correcta interpretación de los requerimientos. Liderar proyectos SAP end-to-end , garantizando cumplimiento de alcance, plazos, presupuesto y calidad. Relevar y documentar integraciones entre SAP, Centro de Distribución (DC) y plataformas ecommerce , traduciendo necesidades operativas en requerimientos funcionales y técnicos. Planificar y mantener cronogramas, presupuestos y gestión de riesgos. Gestionar stakeholders, conflictos y plazos exigentes con foco en resultados. Asegurar la calidad de los entregables y promover mejores prácticas y mejora continua . Liderar y coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios internos y externos. Requisitos Excluyentes +5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos SAP . Experiencia gestionando partners SAP de gran escala y coordinación con terceros (DC, operadores logísticos). Capacidad para traducir necesidades de Operaciones en requerimientos técnicos. Conocimiento de SAP ECC / S/4HANA , integraciones (PI/PO) y módulos SD / NNSD. Experiencia manejando múltiples proyectos en entornos dinámicos. Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión de proyectos (PMI, Agile, Scrum). Experiencia con WMS o ERP Infor. Experiencia en gestión del cambio en proyectos SAP. Excelente comunicación y capacidad de negociación . Liderazgo y orientación a resultados. Perfil colaborativo, dinámico y adaptable. Capacidad para interactuar con stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos. #J-18808-Ljbffr
