Buscamos un Project Manager SAP Senior para liderar proyectos SAP de mediana y alta complejidad, coordinando equipos funcionales y técnicos. El rol será responsable de la planificación, ejecución y control de proyectos SAP, asegurando el cumplimiento de alcance, tiempos, costos y calidad, con fuerte interacción con áreas de negocio. Responsabilidades: Liderar proyectos SAP end-to-end (implementaciones, rollouts, upgrades o mejoras). Planificar y gestionar cronogramas, presupuestos, riesgos y dependencias. Coordinar equipos SAP funcionales, técnicos y de integración. Actuar como nexo entre las áreas de negocio y los equipos de IT. Asegurar el cumplimiento de metodologías de gestión (PMI, Agile, SAP Activate). Gestionar stakeholders y comités de seguimiento. Elaborar reportes de estado, avance y riesgos. Acompañar fases de testing, cutover y go-live. Requisitos:Experiencia comprobable como Project Manager SAP en proyectos complejos. Conocimiento general de módulos SAP (FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PS u otros). Experiencia en gestión de proyectos en entornos corporativos. Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y negociación. Capacidad para gestionar múltiples frentes y prioridades.
