What You’ll Do Content Creation: Write long‑form and short‑form B2B content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, website pages, and sales collateral. Produce copy for email campaigns, ads, and marketing assets that support demand generation and sales enablement. Ensure all content aligns with ITsynch’s brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines. SEO & Optimization: Research keywords and apply SEO best practices across all content. Collaborate with SEO specialists to improve search intent, ranking, and visibility. Update and optimize existing content to maintain relevance and performance. Research & Subject Expertise: Research industry topics, competitors, and trends across the maritime and SaaS landscape. Interview internal subject‑matter experts (SMEs) to develop technical and thought‑leadership content. Translate complex software capabilities into clear, compelling business‑value messaging. Editing & Quality Assurance: Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, consistency, and accuracy. Ensure deliverables meet high editorial standards and are error‑free. Support the editorial calendar by delivering content on time and according to plan. Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and external partners to align content with campaigns and visuals. Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining brand integrity. Partner with Sales and Product teams to ensure content supports business goals and buyer journey stages. What We’re Looking For A proactive, detail‑oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. Curiosity and interest in technology, software, and complex industries. A results‑driven mindset with attention to quality and consistency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of proven experience as a B2B Content Writer , ideally in SaaS, maritime, logistics, or other technical industries. Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging content for different audiences. Experience adapting tone and messaging for technical, executive, and commercial stakeholders. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization. Strong command of storytelling, narrative structure, and brand voice. Understanding of the buyer journey and how to tailor content to each stage. Commercial awareness to align GTM strategy with sales goals. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Advanced English level (C1): written and spoken. Nice to have: Portfolio showcasing B2B content (blogs, web pages, whitepapers, LinkedIn campaigns, etc.). Experience with WordPress (or similar CMS), HubSpot (or similar MAP), GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush .
