BOORTMALT is a global malting company with a 3 million tonnes production capacity. The group is present on 5 continents with 27 malting plants. Boortmalt's expertise is widely acknowledged by brewers, distillers, and food industries, who rely on the supply of top-quality barley malts. The Boortmalt Group is a fully owned subsidiary of the agricultural and agribusiness cooperative Axereal. Our relationship with Axereal, Europe's largest grain cooperative, ensures us access to high-quality barley year-round. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organised person with a strong process mindset, who is interested in developing within a dynamic environment and working closely with the Plant, Administration, Finance and Supply Chain teams. Key responsibilities: Manage and update purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with internal controls. Regularise pending invoices in SAP, coordinating with the relevant areas. Maintain up-to-date tax files for customers and suppliers, ensuring correct and complete documentation. Conduct silo measurements and actively support the month-end inventory process. Produce reports and KPIs to support decision-making. Maintain and report contractor control information and provide ITP support to plant administration. Record and monitor daily receipts and dispatches of raw materials and by-products, ensuring accurate entries in the ERP, production systems and governmental platforms. Reconcile inventories, validate physical stock and participate in periodic audits. Act as back-up for Master Data processes (customers, suppliers and materials). Advanced student or university graduate in Accounting or Business Administration. Ability to identify and effectively resolve problems, following internal procedures and policies. 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative tasks, ideally within an industrial plant environment. Intermediate to advanced level of English. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI or equivalent tools.
