Business Analyst Semi-senior - All Latam CountriesHalo Media, an American company located in New York City, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team.

They strive to create an inclusive culture that allows all team members to thrive.As a Senior Business Analyst at Halo Media, you will play a critical role in driving the success of the company by providing valuable insights and analysis.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and growth.
This is a fully remote position offering the opportunity to work with clients from the US.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirementsAnalyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improve operationsConduct thorough research and analysis to identify market trends and potential opportunitiesDevelop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocationFacilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure project successConduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirementsProvide expertise and guidance to junior analysts and stakeholders to promote best practicesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related fieldProven experience as a Business Analyst or similar roleSolid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsProficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as data modeling and process mappingTools/StackJIRA/ADOExcelFigJamBenefits100% remote positionPayments in USDSigning bonus or loan for equipmentPaid Time Off
