Estamos buscando a la persona que liderará y potenciará a nuestros emprendedores y emprendedoras bootstrapped en América Latina y, en el proceso, revolucionará la forma en que las empresas crecen y alcanzan sus metas. Esta es una oportunidad remota.

En Torrenegra Organization, apoyamos a emprendedores y emprendedoras bootstrapped a acelerar sus negocios mediante coaching, mentoría y networking. Para nosotros, el éxito empresarial se mide por el valor creado, no solo por el capital levantado. Por eso, nos enfocamos en apoyar a empresas rentables en etapa de crecimiento.
Iniciamos operaciones a principios de 2024 y actualmente trabajamos con empresas de Colombia, México, Costa Rica, Estados Unidos y España
¿POR QUÉ LA APERTURA?
Nuestro impacto sigue creciendo, y para poder aumentarlo aún más, necesitamos expandir nuestro equipo. Esta vacante es para Entrepreneur Coach. Buscamos a alguien que pueda impulsar a nuestros emprendedores hacia el éxito, brindándoles el apoyo y la motivación necesarios para alcanzar sus metas.
TUS RESPONSABILIDADES Y KPI
Serás parte vital de Torrenegra Organization. Tus responsabilidades principales serán:
- Dar seguimiento a las empresas: Realizarás al menos una llamada quincenal de 45 minutos con cada empresa.
- Conectar con los recursos adecuados: Después de cada sesión, anotarás las necesidades de la empresa e identificarás en qué podemos ayudar, como por ejemplo, organizando mentorías con personas de nuestra red.
- Motivar y empujar a los emprendedores hacia sus metas: En el buen sentido, debes ser una pesadilla para los y las emprendedoras. Esta es la parte más importante de tu rol, debes presionarles fuertemente a cumplir las metas que se proponen.
Tu KPI principal será:
- NPS de cada empresa y crecimiento de la empresa.
TU POTENCIAL TRAYECTORIA PROFESIONAL
Esperamos que te comprometas con este rol durante dos a tres años. La experiencia que obtengas te permitirá crecer hacia otros roles dentro o fuera de Torrenegra Organization. Incluso podrías lanzar tu propio negocio en el futuro apoyado por nosotros.

- Buscas un rol 100% estructurado. Iteramos constantemente nuestra propuesta de valor para ofrecer más valor a nuestros clientes. Esto implica cambios en las responsabilidades y en la forma de hacer las cosas. Tu rol estará en constante evolución.
