About Mercury The Mercury solution is built upon the very latest of technologies (Portal, Mobile, SaaS) and a variety of hosting models (Cloud, Vendor and Internal). The SAP footprint is comprehensive, and the non-SAP components are varied. The user base at the final rollout is more than 400k. About the Mercury Support Team (MST) As an organization jointly owned by the business and Technology, the MST is a centralized and global organization which provides operational support for the delivered Mercury solution and support the Mercury user community. The MST plays an integral role in governance of the Mercury solution and the global template from both a business and technology perspective and will evolve to work closely with the business in enabling the benefit and value to be realized from the investment in Program Mercury and to set the future direction and technology road map to support EY All In. Your key responsibilities The MST Technical Planning & Coordination Lead will have multiple responsibilities working with teams across the MST, EY Technology, and vendors to carefully orchestrate competing maintenance initiatives within a weekly window which maintains MST systems and reliability. This position also has accountabilities as a team lead for several resources which support the planning and coordination activities. Skills and attributes for success Knowledge and experience managing multiple initiatives or projects simultaneously Knowledge and experience reporting metrics Experience managing and mentoring resources Knowledge of infrastructure devices such as servers, storage, proxy, and networking devices Knowledge of SAP systems a plus To qualify for the role, you must have Experience leading or coordinating projects or infrastructure maintenance Experience leading resources Solid written and communication skills The ability to articulate competing initiatives to leadership and detail the issue areas Basic awareness of different culture and working practices across global regions Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ideally, you’ll also have General knowledge of infrastructure technologies Ability to clearly articulate ideas and vision through meetings and documentation ITIL concepts What we look for Energetic leader who can communicate as well as develop technical solutions and can lead meetings with resources from global communities.
