Overview Web Designer (Marketing-Focused) at Outliant . Full-time role to create seamless and engaging user experiences across marketing projects. The position expects overlapping EST hours for non-EST candidates. Responsibilities Design marketing materials such as landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements that align with the brand's visual identity and marketing goals. Ensure all designs maintain consistency with brand guidelines and messaging across different platforms and channels. Develop visuals for marketing campaigns, including banners, promotional materials, and other assets to support marketing strategies. Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and preferences and analyze industry trends and competitor designs. Create and iterate information architecture, user flows, and wireframes (low- and high-fidelity) to deliver intuitive experiences. Plan and conduct usability testing sessions; gather feedback to improve designs. Ensure accessibility standards are integrated into design process. Produce detailed visual and interaction assets for development teams. Prepare and deliver comprehensive design handoffs, including specifications and design systems. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in B2B, agency, tech, or freelance settings. Expertise in visual content creation with strong design principles, typography, and color theory. Excellent UI skills, scalable designs for desktop and mobile using Figma and Adobe Suite. Advanced proficiency in web design: user interfaces, UX principles, and user-friendly websites. Strong organizational skills for systemic design across components, typography, colors, grids, and margins. Ability to take ownership, solve problems independently, and commit to project success. Effective communication skills for presenting research and design concepts to teams and clients. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of print and digital work. Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (bonus). Self-starter with strong ownership, able to work autonomously and in a team.
