About the Role We’re seeking a full‑time Web Designer (Marketing‑Focused) to join our team and help craft seamless and engaging user experiences across our projects. In this role, you’ll design fully responsive visuals from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional user experiences. Your primary focus will include creating marketing landing pages, managing related advertisements, and executing branding initiatives. We’re looking for a creative professional with strong skills in developing impactful marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels. For candidates outside the EST time zone, this position requires some overlap with EST working hours. Responsibilities Design marketing materials such as landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements that align with the brand's visual identity and marketing goals. Ensure all designs maintain consistency with the brand's guidelines and messaging across different platforms and channels. Develop visuals for marketing campaigns, including banners, promotional materials, and other assets to support marketing strategies and goals. Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences, and analyze industry trends and competitor designs. Develop information architecture and user flows to create intuitive and effective user experiences. Organize and structure content for optimal user engagement and navigation. Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs and identify areas for improvement. Iterate designs based on user testing results and feedback. Ensure designs are accessible to users with diverse abilities and needs, integrating accessibility standards into the design process. Design visually appealing and user‑friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines. Create low‑fidelity and high‑fidelity wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts. Develop interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design solutions. Produce detailed visual and interaction assets to streamline the development team's implementation of designs. Prepare and deliver comprehensive design handoffs to engineering teams, including detailed specifications and design systems. Stay up‑to‑date with industry design trends and technologies to create innovative and effective products. Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Drive collaborative client interactions to elevate designs beyond expectations. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring high‑quality deliverables. Apply strategic thinking to align design efforts with overall business goals. Make informed decisions to resolve design conflicts and choose appropriate solutions. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a B2B environment including agency, tech, or freelance work. Expertise in creating compelling visual content with strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Excellent UI skills with experience creating scalable UI designs for desktop and mobile using Figma and Adobe Suite. Advanced proficiency in web design, with a deep understanding of user interfaces, user experience principles, and the ability to create visually compelling and user‑friendly websites. Strong organizational skills for systemic design across components, typography, colors, grids, and margins. Ability to take ownership, solve problems independently, and commit to project success. Effective communication skills for presenting research and design concepts to team and clients. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work in both print and digital. Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (plus bonus). Self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
