Client Services Specialist - Customer Success Compensation: $8.00 - $10.00/hourLocation: International ContractorJob Type: Full-TimeMinimum Experience: Intermediate-level To be considered for this position you must be fully bilingual in English & Spanish. Key Responsibilities: Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features. Measure Client Satisfaction (CSAT) and Experience (CX). Prepare documents and reports for the management team when needed. Empathize with clients, understand their needs and motives to respond effectively. Ensure client needs are met and clients are satisfied, by proactively communicating. Analyze and identify relevant information to determine and communicate any issues to management. Support startup administrative functions and other departments as needed. Facilitate and prepare proposals for new clients or client renewals. Prior experience working in a tax or accounting firm is ideal but not required. Qualifications: Fully bilingual in English & Spanish. Prior customer service experience (at least 2 years). Extraordinary interpersonal and problem solving skills. Knowledge of Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT). Intermediate Google Apps & Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
