Client Services Specialist – Customer Success Location: International ContractorJob Type: Full-TimeCompensation: $8.00 – $10.00/hourMinimum Experience: Intermediate level Key Responsibilities Identify customer needs and assist customers in using specific features. Measure client satisfaction (CSAT) and customer experience (CX). Prepare documents and reports for the management team when needed. Empathize with clients, understand motives, and respond effectively and efficiently. Ensure clients are satisfied with the information and services provided by proactively communicating with them. Analyze and identify relevant information to determine and communicate any issue that might arise to management. Support startup administrative functions and other departments as needed. Facilitate and prepare proposals for new clients or client renewals. Prior experience working in a tax or accounting firm is ideal but not required. Qualifications Fully bilingual in English & Spanish. Prior customer service experience (at least 2 years). Extraordinary interpersonal and problem solving skills. Knowledge in Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT). Intermediate Google Apps & Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Competencies Customer Service. Empathy.
