Affiliate Manager We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our growing virtual staffing company. As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our affiliate program, building relationships with new partners, and driving revenue growth. If you are passionate about digital marketing and have a knack for fostering strong partnerships, we want to hear from you Responsibilities Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies. Identify and recruit new affiliates. Maintain and grow relationships with existing affiliates. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance. Provide regular reports on affiliate activities and performance metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns. Qualifications Proven experience in affiliate marketing or a related field. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms. Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
