We are looking for an HR Services & Payroll Specialist to join our team Your Responsibilities Act as the point of contact for HR Services and Back Office activities across Latin America. Support payroll execution for an employee population for over 500 employees, in close collaboration with an external payroll provider (no in‑house payroll processing required). Manage Compensation & Benefits updates and employee lifecycle changes (new hires, contract changes, terminations, etc.). Ensure high‑quality data management and reporting in the HR system (Workday or equivalent), including centralized updates of organizational structures. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR Services processes. Support onboarding processes by understanding local documentation and contractual requirements by country. Support activities related to absences, reporting, and standard HR operations. Provide accurate data, reports, and process support to HRBPs. Contribute to the standardization of HR Services and admin processes across the Americas region. Your Profile Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience. Previous experience assisting in C&B or payroll processes for populations of 200+ employees. Advanced user of Excel and HR management systems (Workday or similar). Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Fluent English for daily interaction in a regional, international environment. Ability to coordinate across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.
