What You Will Do Lead investigations into performance concerns, policy violations, and conflict resolution. Generate, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Administer global HR processes (Performance, Staffing, Succession Planning) in HRIS systems. Advise leaders on discipline, performance conversations, and conflict management. Implement standardized programs and policies to drive process simplification and leverage technology. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Legal, Compensation, Analytics) for consistency and alignment. Monitor key metrics and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience and organizational performance. About You Advanced English (written and spoken). University degree focused on HR/Business/Management or relevant HR experience (graduating 2026 or recently graduated). Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel). Knowledge of HR processes: Employee Relations, Staffing, Performance Management, Succession Planning. Proficiency in HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors). High attention to detail and compliance with data privacy standards. Strong people leadership skills with a focus on coaching, developing, and motivating diverse teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels. Data‑driven decision‑making and impartial execution. Your Benefits Competitive health coverage.
