The Digital Advertising Manager will provide day-to-day support for our Client Services teams on technical issues related to ad serving, ad creative, third-party tracking, viewability, programmatic and ad systems. Key Responsibilities Develop clear and compelling product requirements (PRDs) / user stories for new initiatives and existing product enhancements, including business justification, revenue potential, and operational impact. Have a strong can-do attitude while remaining diligent, with excellent internal and external communication skills. Oversee the team's delivery on the full lifecycle of new Ad Unit projects and initiatives, including conceptualization, design, implementation, and QA. Regularly communicate progress, status, issues, and resolutions to key stakeholders and senior management via verbal and written status reports. Navigate cross‑functional teams in a dynamic environment—including engineers, marketing, business development, customer service, and partners—to plan and launch projects on time and on budget. Ensure the smooth operation of ad product fulfillment, in conjunction with relevant partners. Develop and communicate best practices to sales teams. Troubleshoot issues with advertisers as needed. Take a balanced approach to solving problems by considering both business and technical opportunities and constraints. Demonstrate ability to negotiate conflicting objectives and create alignment across functional teams. Use agile software development methodologies. Gather customer requirements and translate those into actionable product capabilities. Technical Overview Strong data and metrics orientation. Experience with big data systems and strategies. Good knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ad Manager. Leverage first‑party data and other digital brand assets to develop premium products for programmatic clients. Build programmatic ad products using first‑party data, digital marketing knowledge, DMP expertise, brand assets, and core technology. Oversee testing and certification of third‑party ad tech partners. Oversee troubleshooting of live ad campaigns, coordinating with ad ops, engineering, and support groups. Analyze data outputs to support development of industry insights and periodic reports through ongoing conversations with clients. Requirements Excellent oral and written communication skills. 2‑5 years of product management experience, with at least 1‑3 years in the ad technology industry. Experience developing and rolling out digital video ad‑related products with an Ad Decision System. Strong self‑motivation, influence, and ability to get things done. Ability to translate technical concepts into detailed functional requirements. Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Research the current competitive landscape in linear television, addressable video, and data‑driven ad targeting, and provide a point of view on future competitive positions. Flexibility and ability to juggle competing priorities from different sources. Contribute to the definition of the technical product roadmap for the Ad Units, ensuring our products continue to lead the market in targeting and effectiveness measurement while hitting revenue growth targets. Analyze potential investments within a product prioritization framework for product and partnership investments. Partner with the Ad Sales team in the rollout of new products as part of the sales lifecycle from pre‑sales and planning through delivery and optimization. Work with key business stakeholders and technology partners (internal and external). Help develop and roll out product feature documentation and training materials for employees. Effectively communicate with business units—Sales, Ops, Engineering, executive management, and outside constituents and partners. Fill in gaps; do whatever it takes to help the team win and achieve its goals. Desirable High level of proficiency with internet technologies and experience with affiliates such as Permutive. Understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, especially mobile and cross‑platform—a strong plus. Deep understanding of responsive design applied to media. #J-18808-Ljbffr
