You’ll be the first point of contact in opening claims, drafting and sending letters, and gathering essential medical records. Your work will directly support clients and providers, making a meaningful impact every day. This position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays positive under pressure, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. Schedule Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (USA) Your Responsibilities (Selected) Opening new claims and initiating documentation Drafting and sending professional correspondence Requesting and collecting medical records from providers Communicating with clients and healthcare professionals Supporting internal team processes with accuracy and timeliness What We’re Looking For At least one to two years of experience in legal roles Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Familiarity with document management systems Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Strong interpersonal skills Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) Quiet, distraction‑free remote work environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail in all aspects of documentation Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks Positive and proactive attitude Team‑oriented mindset Reliable and trustworthy Detail‑oriented and thorough Empathetic and client‑focused What’s In It for You Monthly compensation starting from 1150 USD to 1220 USD Paid time off and holiday pay Referral and annual bonuses Parental leave Opportunities for professional development and training Dedicated support from our team A chance to work with clients who share our values Ready to dive in?
