Senior Specialist, Marketing

Responsible for executing Mktg Strategies, activities and events. Develop and implement campaigns and media campaigns. Lead Marketing budget for Argentina and Uruguay under compliance and in accuracy. Coordinates with agencies, internal and regional teams. Determines parameters for marketing solution presentations and reports with results. Responsibilities Executes marketing strategies, activities, and events (includes advertising, promotions, sponsorships, trade shows, webinars, websites) by providing day-to-day direction, feedback, and guidance to lower level members of own team Maintains budgetary responsibilities for specific marketing programs, leads tracking and recommends corrective action Determines parameters for marketing solution presentations and reports; reviews presentation materials and guides own team in development Uses deep understanding of category and ecosystem relationship to advise on how insights can or should be applied Provides direction and coordinates deliverables with vendors (e.g., agencies, film production, etc.) Marketing & Comms Budget lead for Argentina and Uruguay in coordination with Finance Miami in accuracy and under compliance Experiences Extensive experience working on large projects that require a high degree of collaboration with external stakeholders and colleagues across marketing areas Acted in a program manager capacity for analyzing data and insights about how to optimize channels/programs Demonstrated ability to deliver presentations to senior team members and articulate a clear point of view Monitored project budgets successfully and demonstrated understanding of cost driver Skills Business Acumen, commercial and future focused Global perspective Innovation and Thought leadership Marketing and analytic skills Self-management and proactivity Enthusiastic, creative, solution and results focused COVID-19 Considerations Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and; Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
